Only the original Body Bar comes in 4 different lengths and 11 weights for maximum versatility for a workout that will suit you.
Our 2ft long Body Bars (also known as Mini Bars) come in 2lb, 4lb and 6lbs equivalent to approximately 1kg, 2kg and 3kg. Choose the Mini Bar if you are only want a low weights for light resistance or rehabilitation work. The Mini Bar is also more suited to certain workouts such as yoga and pilates-based programmes or martial arts training.
The 4ft long Body Bars come in weights of 4lb 8lb, 12lb, 16lb, 18lb, and 24lbs equivalent to approximately 2kg, 4kg. 5.5kg, 7kg, and 8kg. Choose this range of Body Bars for most strength and conditioning workouts either in the weight you wish to train with or train progressively by starting low and gradually moving through the weight options.
Our heaviest Body Bars are the 5ft long, 30lb (13.5kg) bar and a 6ft long 36lb (16kg) bar. These bars are for those wishing to train at the higher end of the weight scale for maximum resistance during their Body Bar workout.
